There are three commitments that characterize the spirituality of the Marian Cenacle:

 * Consecration to the Immaculate Heart
    of Mary
 * Unity with the Pope and with the
    Church united with him
 * Leading others to entrustment to
    Our Lady and to the formations of
    cenacles of prayer.

The spiritual benefits of the Marian Cenacle are:

 * The cenacle is a powerful tool in Our Lady’s hands to lead many to salvation
 * The cenacle brings us security, peace, consolation, and hope
 * In the cenacle, we will come to understand “the whole and entire truth.”

The format of the cenacle is:

 * Invocation to the Holy Spirit
 * The rosary
 * Prayers for the Pope
 * Reading and meditation on a message from the book, To the Priests, Our 
    Lady’s Beloved Sons
 * Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

During the next five years, the Saint Francis by the Sea Marian Cenacle will continue to pursue the following goals:

 * Commitment to be gatherings of prayer made together with our Blessed Mother
 * Commitment to leading the faithful to be witnesses of love for the Church today
 * Commitment to that interior conversion so urgently demanded by the gospel
 * Commitment to purification, charity, prayer, penance, and to be a good 
    example
 * Commitment to help each other live the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart
    of Mary
